According to the Statutes, BSEC is a non-profit voluntary organization established as a legal entity in Bulgaria, managing and representing by the Board of Directors and General Assembly.
The General Assembly is the supreme body of the Association and shall consist of all members.
The association is managed by the Board of Directors. Board consists of three members, whose representatives are elected among the members of the association.
Chairman of the Board is legal representative of the BSEC.
