Project description:
The competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy and the companies is relatively low. However, the introduction of green technologies and development of the eco-innovations in the local business environment have a great potential to minimize the existing problem. The integration of green technologies can positively impact on the local business to increase its competitiveness and economic benefits: the decreased costs resulted from the introduction of technologies to optimize use of natural resources and energy lead to the decreased production costs and larger benefits.
The main purpose of the project is to increase the competitiveness and sustainable development of the BSEC company members by focusing on the potential of the green innovation and business cooperation with Norwegian innovative enterprises.
Specific objectives:
- Increasing the competencies and motivation of BSECluster business members for eco-innovations
- Exploring applicable eco-innovations for each individual company of the cluster, analysis of their direct benefits and the possibilities for implementation through the achievements of artificial intelligence
- Increasing business cooperation with Norwegian and Bulgarian partners for joint green development
